    Today is the second group wide collective pilgrimage in 2021. Why should such a collective pilgrimage be held? As you know, our group has recently strengthened the management of livelihood projects, including canteen management, dormitory management and toilet management. These three revolutions involve the quality of life of all our employees and how to improve their work quality on the basis of improving their quality of life, How to enable employees to live and work in the most elegant environment.

    At the beginning of this year, I proposed that quality management is our lifeline. We have carried out a variety of quality management work and activities. Why should quality management be placed in such an important position? As we all know, if an enterprise does not have the awareness of quality management and high-quality products, it will not survive and will perish.

    At present, we can't have more than 10 complaints in a company and control them below 10. This is the first step that our quality work has just completed. So today, I'd like to talk with you about the new contents of our quality activity and how we should do a good job in quality management and quality assurance.

1. Quality management is the top priority of the enterprise

    I think quality management is the most important event in an enterprise. There is no doubt about it. In fact, we are pursuing the highest quality management level without any defects. We make 8 inches and 12 inches. There should be no defects in a single crystal rod. This is the highest level of quality. In pursuit of the highest level of quality management, we must find ways to ensure that there are no defects in the process of quality management, including life. I think there are no defects in life, and there must be no defects in the process of making products.

    We put forward that quality is supreme and quality can prosper the enterprise. This is very important. Quality determines the rise and fall of an enterprise. I will do this job well before going to bed every day. I sleep outside for a long time and travel a lot. 7. Human quality determines the quality of product manufacturing

    People with good quality must be able to make the best products, that is, people's conduct determines the quality of everything they do. Whether they can reach the highest level of quality depends on people's quality. The self-confidence in the "cross proverb" I have always advocated is the expression of quality; Dignity is also the expression of quality; Responsibility is also the performance of quality; Feelings are very important. Everything we do is for feelings. For what kind of feelings? For our great cause; We must have our own sense of mission, which is my mission. If all the connotations of these five sentences can be thoroughly understood, a person with the highest moral character and a professional manager will become a leader in the manufacturing industry. If people's conduct is good, they must do everything best, so we are still honing, including myself.

    We must find ways to evolve our inner things, constantly evolve ourselves, and constantly pursue flawless production and flawless life. Only in this way can we do a good job in products and enterprises. Many guests have never seen such a clean enterprise as ours. Each of us has not been highly evolved. Only after reaching a high degree of evolution can we really make the highest level products for customers.

    We are just at the beginning. We feel that going to the toilet is no longer a disgusting thing. We pay close attention to toilet management. In order to enable employees to live in better dormitories, we have comprehensively transformed the factory dormitories in Yinchuan, with an investment of 5 million yuan. After the transformation of the dormitories, the mental outlook of our employees is completely different, and this money is worth investing. Shanghai's dormitory management is also advancing, and we are constantly checking, rectifying and improving, which is also our constant pursuit of psychological evolution.

8. The pursuit of perfection is a prerequisite for achieving zero complaints

    The pursuit of perfection is a prerequisite for us to achieve zero complaints. If there is no sense of perfection, zero complaints can not be achieved. Maybe it will be achieved this month and not next month. Therefore, we should constantly pursue perfection, pursue perfection every day and forever. Only in this way can we reduce complaints to zero. On the basis of this year, we put forward new requirements for the proportion of complaints next year. I think this is the most basic condition for pursuing the highest level of quality, that is, the pursuit of perfection.

    After the end of the pilgrimage ceremony today, let's think carefully about whether my speeches are reasonable or not. Dig from the depths and what problems we have now. I tell you today that the quality awareness of products should be improved, and the overall quality awareness should be improved, including the quality awareness of life, the quality awareness of dealing with people, the quality awareness in the process of developing the market, and the quality awareness of everything we do should be improved. We should start from the basic work and make the quality work truly implemented.

10. Select 10 quality management leading groups and individuals

    It is hoped that by the end of this year, 10 quality management leading groups and 10 quality management leading individuals will be selected in the group.     In this evaluation, candidates should not only pursue the highest level in the process of product production, but also pursue the highest level in life and in the process of treating colleagues.
