Ferrotec (Hangzhou) FANUC Talent Training Alliance in 2021 Technical training meeting on in machine measurement and NC programming

    On the occasion of the training month, FTH training center carefully organized the 2021 technical training meeting on in machine measurement and NC programming of Ferrotec (Hangzhou) FANUC talent training alliance, which was successfully held in the training room on the second floor of Hangzhou Dahe Binjiang No. 1 factory from September 11 to 12.


    In the early stage of the training meeting, Beijing FANUC technical engineers went deep into the business division for many times to carry out demand research and confirmation. The training meeting was successfully carried out, with the strong support of ft (Hangzhou) companies / business divisions. A total of 47 people signed up and participated in the training.


    On the first day of the training, renishao machine tool probe installation, adjustment and measurement method was taught by renishao residual rotation training engineer, mainly focusing on the hardware connection between tool setting instrument and workpiece probe, tool setting instrument calibration, workpiece probe calibration, automatic tool measurement, automatic workpiece measurement, etc; On the second day, the course "FANUC user macro program training" was given by Zhang Ziwei, a technical engineer of Beijing FANUC, mainly focusing on tool life management, misoperation function setting, macro variables, condition transfer statements, cycle statements, macro program call, etc.


    Through the two-day course of in-machine measurement and NC programming knowledge, the professional theoretical knowledge level and practical operation ability of machine tool operation, NC programming and machine tool maintenance personnel in various units have been improved, and the expected purpose of this training has been achieved. After class, the training center has also made a preliminary investigation on the classroom effect and shortcomings, laying a foundation for the next training.
