    Phase II project of fullerde in Neijiang economic development zone is the first semi-conductor and liquid crystal display cleaning project contracted and introduced by our city. It has built a cleaning production line with an annual output of 240000 core components of OLED production equipment and 120000 core components of semiconductor production equipment.     Recently, the reporter walked into the second phase of fuleide project in Neijiang economic development zone and saw that the plant area is clean and tidy, and the fuleide enterprise logo composed of red and blue letters on the top of the plant is particularly striking. Entering the workshop, I saw the workers dressed in uniforms, wearing masks, almost "armed" from head to foot. Beside the advanced instruments, they carefully operated every step according to the workflow.

    On the wall of the corridor, there are not only company profile, workshop layout, but also illustrated cleaning process. Corresponding operation specifications and management systems are also posted in each cleaning room. "We strictly control the quality of all aspects of production and require workers to operate in strict accordance with relevant standards and systems," said Gao Feng, head of operation management department of Ferrotec(Sichuan) Technology Co., Ltd.

   Ferrotec(Sichuan) Technology Co., Ltd. The company has a series of complete models of high-end cleaning equipment and testing equipment, as well as advanced and independent production clean rooms of class 1000 and 10000, advanced pure water equipment and sewage treatment equipment.

      Ferrotec(Sichuan) has also passed the international standardization management process certification of quality management and environmental management, and has authorized two invention and creation patents of "compression ring cleaning protection and measuring fixture" and "one corrosion inhibitor, cleaning solution and other applications". In 2016, it won the third prize of "annual transformation and upgrading advanced enterprise". In 2017, it was recognized by the municipal enterprise technology center and won the "pure water manufacturing" Three software copyright certificates of control system, control system of fusing machine and automatic sand blasting control system.

    Push forward the project construction with high quality and efficiency

    When it comes to signing and landing of fule project, many people's first impression is "fast".

    In April 2015, the first phase of fuleide project flowed to Neijiang. It took only one year from signing the contract, starting the construction to putting into operation, which filled in the blank of semiconductor and LCD cleaning industry in Chengdu Chongqing area.

    In March 2018, the second phase of fuleide project in the economic development zone was broken and put into operation in December of the same year. It took less than nine months to realize the commitment of "starting in the same year, completing in the same year and putting into operation in the same year" made when the second phase of the project was started, which also continued the high-efficiency promotion speed.

The implementation of the first phase of fullerde project in the Economic Development Zone fills in the blank of semiconductor and LCD cleaning industry in Chengdu and Chongqing, and effectively promotes the upgrading of electronic information industry in Chengdu. The successful completion and operation of phase II project can provide more professional and convenient supporting services for the panel and semiconductor enterprises of Chengdu Chongqing Mianyang, and make the enterprises more confident and confident in the journey to achieve the goal of "building the largest cleaning industry in Chengdu Chongqing area".

    After the completion of the second phase of fuleide project in the economic development zone, the development of the enterprise has been strengthened with remarkable economic benefits. According to Gao Feng, "the company's annual output value target is 70 million yuan this year. From January to April this year, the output value is more than 30 million yuan. It is expected that the annual output value will be more than 100 million yuan this year."
